Self-pickup Service
Our delivery arrangements are divided into self-pickup (at Orchid Padaria consignment stores) or delivery to your doorstep.
Self-pickup or delivery orders require 2 business days to process. For self-pickup dates/times, collection is available 2 business days after the order date. (Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM; orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day).
- Customers who have pre-ordered products can pick them up at the following locations:
1. Orchid Padaria Bakery, Causeway Bay: Shop 6-8, G/F, 26 Percival Street, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong Island

2. Orchid Padaria Bakery, Tsim Sha Tsui: Shop B224, B2/F, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui

Self-pickup and delivery bookings require 2 business days to arrange. For self-pickup, orders will be available for collection during business hours 2 business days after the order date. Except for self-pickup at Orchid Padaria Bakery and Orchid Padaria Café, we can arrange direct home delivery. Free delivery is available across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding remote areas) for orders over $800. Delivery arrangements will be processed once the delivery time is confirmed.
1. Customers should fill in the delivery location, date, and time before placing an order.
2. The driver will contact the customer by phone before delivery.
3. If the driver cannot reach the customer, the driver may refuse delivery or may not be able to rearrange a subsequent delivery time.
*Delivery can be made to designated buildings (may not be able to provide upstairs service).

A. 10:00 am – 11:59am
B. 12:00 pm -1:59pm
C. 2:00 pm – 3:59pm
D. 4:00 pm – 6:00pm
*In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, to ensure the safety of customers and staff, order collection and delivery arrangements will be suspended until the signal is lowered. We will then contact customers to make delivery arrangements.
*In case of any disputes or changes to delivery, our store reserves the right of final decision.
