Self-pickup Service
Our delivery arrangements are divided into self-pickup (at Orchid Padaria consignment stores) or delivery to your doorstep.
Self-pickup or delivery orders require 2 business days to process. For self-pickup dates/times, collection is available 2 business days after the order date. (Order cutoff time is 3:00 PM; orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day).

A minimum of 2 working days is required to process both self-pickup and delivery reservations. When selecting your pickup date and time, please ensure it is at least 2 working days from the order date or within your designated dates, and that collection occurs during regular business hours. Except for self-pickup at Orchid Padaria Bakery and Orchid Padaria Café, we can only arrange for delivery to the vicinity of your specified address. Free delivery is available across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding remote areas) for orders over $1,200. Delivery arrangements will be processed once the delivery time is confirmed.
1. Customers should fill in the delivery location, date, and time before placing an order.
2. The driver will contact the customer by phone before delivery.
3. If the driver cannot reach the customer, the driver may refuse delivery or may not be able to rearrange a subsequent delivery time.
*Unable to provide upstairs service, kindly proceed to the driver's location to collect your items.

A. 9:00 am – 11:00am
B. 11:00 am – 1:00pm
C. 1:00 pm – 3:00pm
D. 3:00 pm – 5:00pm
E. 5:00 pm - 7:00pm
*In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, to ensure the safety of customers and staff, order collection and delivery arrangements will be suspended until the signal is lowered. We will then contact customers to make delivery arrangements.
