Ordering Items

1. All items must be pre-ordered on this website at least 2 business days in advance. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be calculated starting from the next business day.

2. Select your desired product or any additional products (e.g., [candles/Chocolate Plate]), then click [Add to Cart].

3. After completing your order, click the shopping cart and then [Proceed to Checkout]. If you have a discount code, please enter it to receive the discount.

4. Fill in your personal information, including name, phone number, email, delivery method, and the date and time for in-store pickup (if applicable).
Please select your payment method. If you have any special requests, you can add them to the [Order Remarks]. After completion, click [Confirm Purchase].

5. After the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

6. If you do not receive an email, it means your order was not completed. Please contact us or try placing the order again.

7. Once payment for an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. If you need to change the pickup date and location, please contact our store two working days before pickup for re-arrangement.

Payment Arrangements

1. Currently, only credit card payments are accepted.

2. Customers must pay the full total amount of the order to confirm it.

Special Circumstance Arrangements

1. In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning, for the safety of customers and staff, all cake pick-ups and deliveries will be suspended until the signal is lowered. We will then contact customers to arrange delivery.

2. If an order cannot be delivered due to adverse weather, we will arrange to change the delivery or self-pickup date or time for the cake; no refunds will be offered.

Other Important Notes

1. The actual product may differ slightly from the image. All images are for reference only.

2. Decorations and arrangements on products may be altered depending on supply without prior notice.

3. Any changes to the above terms and conditions will not be notified separately.

4. In case of any dispute, Kwan Luen Bakery reserves the right to make the final decision.
